Farming gold on WoW?

#1 is: don’t buy it. The risk of getting banned is not worth it.
If you don’t mind speccing into Protection, Paladins can be very effective AoE farmers – taking on anywhere from 3-10 monsters at a time and killing them with reflective damage.
The Holy Light (a Paladin blog) has all the build info you’d need, and a few recommendations on where to farm:
At level 60, I would recommend those ghosts in hellfire peninsula (the melee ones, not the casters) that are southwest of Honor Hold … I believe the area is called Expedition Armory.
